My honest opinion: I beleive, there will never ever be another closing ritual that can beat this one. Five warriors and each an everyone of them is telling his story. These fireworks with this insane stage feels like these warriors are unleashing fury upon us. Very well done Q-Dance.

No one was ready for left-right dance at the closing show but it was so cool, actually Defqon 1 has definitely the best synchronised fireworks show in all world festivals, i didn't see a similar even at EDC or TML.

Q-dance usually has their shit together. Not only with fireworks but most of their facillities as well. My first Defqon1 i went to was in 2009 and when with most festivals it takes at least 30 to 45 mins to get in i was on the beach at Almere strand within 5 mins after joining the que.

I usually go to both TML and Defqon each summer. Defqon does have the best fireworks, hands down. As I've read elsewhere I think they invented it as well. Out of the two (not counting EDC where I haven't been) TML is hands down the best state of the art festival in every other way. Except for the music ofc ;-)
