QFN/MLF SMD Reflow Soldering

New subscriber here. Hello sir. May I know what solder flux and solder lead are you using? Also the soldering iron temperature? Soldering tip? It's a big help for me to know these as I am having problem with the IC I want to replace. Thanks a lot in advance.

I'm more than sure that you use hot bed or other PCB bottom heater here. Why hide that? On 4+ layer boards it is not possible to get off chips with thermopads with hot air only. Learned that in hard way.

cheap air reflow station cost no more than a good quality hair dryer. I don't think hair dryer gets hot enough.

No. Hair dryer is not hot enough and spread the airflow too wide to be effective.

what heat temperature and air flow ?

There is no standard for what to use. I personally prefer 400°c and 30-40% airflow and solder them in 10-15 seconds. These chips can take a beating
