I'm more than sure that you use hot bed or other PCB bottom heater here. Why hide that? On 4+ layer boards it is not possible to get off chips with thermopads with hot air only. Learned that in hard way.

There is no standard for what to use. I personally prefer 400°c and 30-40% airflow and solder them in 10-15 seconds. These chips can take a beating

Can I use hair dryer instead of heat gun? Or any alternative method to remove smd component if not having heat gun? Kindly guide brother.

cheap air reflow station cost no more than a good quality hair dryer. I don't think hair dryer gets hot enough.

No. Hair dryer is not hot enough and spread the airflow too wide to be effective.
