+10 points for getting the right answer +1 point for being on the right track -1 point for getting a wrong answer -10 points for getting a klaxon answer (the ones that make the noise and the big text happen, used to catch people saying obvious answers which end up being wrong) At least that's how I understand it from having watched quite a few episodes.

They completely botched the fact-check about planes sadly. White paint is *literally* the heaviest kind of paint you can get because it generally contains titanium oxide and also requires more solids content to achieve the same saturation of colour. I love that James almost immediately sniffed out the falsehood saying "it does sound like a lie".

In the comedy 1987 film, "Spaceballs", there is a scene where some one opens a soft drink-type can of, "Perri-AIR", which he sniffs instead of drinking. Clean air in a can. This was well before the Canadian gentleman that sold "air" in 2015.

Why controversial? I'd agree the panel shows like this or HIGNFY or House of Games are great. They value some level of intellect rather than just mere lowest common denominator. But scripted dramas, premium American programming (not network) is superior, in my opinion.

@usnhotcarl2 жыл бұрын
It's a true panel show. The subject matter of the show is trivia-based, but unlike the cut-and-dry Jeopardy or Who Wants to Be a Millionaire the appeal here is the banter between the four comedians. As an American, it was weird for me to watch a show that had no scoring or prize money but instead four panelists just riffing off each other and making jokes. This has since become one of my favorite TV shows, and I can honestly say that nobody does panel shows better than the British.
