Look I know you mean well and that's why I gotta say that Mizner is really bad at this. If all of the best experts in Asia said he should not be practicing again then maybe he's gonna hurt himself or someone else and should not be practicing. Because frankly this ain't it.

I have been doing this course for over a year consistently. My back has never felt better in my entire life. Am pain free for the first time in 20 years and so grateful this was made available. Highly recommend 👍

THIS principal 😁 how I learned the TRUE POWER of intent. 3 spinal surgeries 2 lumbar & cervical fusion. I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH VERBALLY THE HEALING POWER / CAPACITY of qi-gong with spinal injuries. I simply should not be capable of what I now am & I am still going. . . DONT 2ND GUESS THIS 1!!!! If you have spinal problem DO THIS what it can do for your life 😮😁 (I didnt personally access this information for my results HOWEVER this man INCREDIBLE & you have nothing to loose & SO MUCH to gain)

Are each videos of the course ~90minutes long or is the whole course ~90minutes? If the latter, the price looks kinda steep to be honest...

right. You estimate the value of the course as if you were renting DVDs, The longer the movie the better :). 120 bucks for this kind of knowledge is nothing to complain about. Just skip 2 dinners with your family and you can make it :)

The sales/enrollment page says this course is for: "Tai Chi practitioners, Martial artists, Meditators, Kungfu enthusiasts." While I don't practice Tai Chi, Martial Arts, or Meditation, due to poor health, the fact that this list doesn't include, or say it's for anyone who wants to learn Qi Gong for self-healing and longevity of life makes me hesitant to enroll.

Seek medical professionals. That is horrible advice to prescribe qigong for serious acute injuries. Irresponsible.

@@kokuyoz So you trust Adam Mizner just from what he tells you ? like nobody ever lied to sell their magical healing potions ? How can you tell his methods are effective except from his own story ? I mean doctors are sometimes wrong but if my level of distrust towards doctors is about 20%... my distrust towards online gurus trying to sell me life changing programs is more like 99.9999% ! Ah and if a similar thing happened to our messiah the saint Bruce Jesus Lee, you've got to beliiiiieve !
