I feel this lady has the best style on You Tube, with a dynamic even flow. I took Karate for 12 years (6 Korean, 6 Japanese) but I am now pushing 70 and need exercise and flow, along with developing chi. My dad was a prisoner of the Japanese in China. I am a combat wounded US Marine with nerve damage from gunshots and shrapnel. Many would argue, but I do not consider Tai Chi (form 24) as "martial" per se because it flows. Karate is direct contact (except for styles like Aikido, which I have taken). Thank you for your teaching. I hope to gain just a little of the proficiency you possess.

是以松柔活动关节的运动,并不是死扳的肢體动作,而是形神意气合一才能体现太极的韵味

One of the very best executioners of Yang 24 steps. She has mastered the graceful flow which pins the center of gravity all through the set, incorporating martial spirit, control of movement & above all, graceful execution. She is in the class of the Taiji elites.

邱 Sifu,I noticed in your earlier years you visited and learned many various forms of taiji from Masters and experts all over in China and your taiji could have been the cream from all the them if its right to say that. Probably some of your forms of moves that seen in your latest videos have deviated marginally from the original traditional you have learned earlier or could I said that you have perfected the skills for that matter. However, I indeed enjoyed your taiji, and particularly your 42 forms teaching videos are the most impressive which I have benefited a lot. Thanks for sharing your skills.Well done and post more of your latest learnings.

Chiou is a great taichi performer. Her movements flow with internal energy and her flexibility is unmatched. The difference between taichi movements and ordinary gymnastic ones lies in the former being generated by the changing body's center of gravity, They are rooted on the feet, passing through the legs and controlled by the waist. In essence taichi movements are not movements of tree's branches by the winds. In this very sense, some of her movements are done in too much haste. She is, however, 98% perfect, one of the very best I have seen. She is China's number-one taichi sweetheart!

太極風 Indeed, I like her taichi and her as a person. When I was in Beijing, I thought I was going to visit her but I was taking care of some business and ran out of time. The great thing about taichi is we are getting closer to perfection but never reach there. In that sense, she is perfect. Thanks!

Her movements can be compared with a clear babbling stream gliding through effortlessly. Her strength in Taichi comes from an absolutely measured rhythm and ease which comes from years of hard training. It is spontaneous without unnecessary exuberance ! That is the core essence of Taichi !

Very nicely executed! I'll surely watch this video more frequently and practise my moves. Hopefully this will help me to complete my 24 forms.

It, s beautiful when done correctly and it, s just like magic, and you can't stop looking at it and be in awesome and at the same time it like a beautiful art and watching it the artist practicing the form it's make one thing clear to learn it or if you already know it ,you want to practice the form your self and improve at your own form of taichi that's why I have so many on my tablet of the taichi form to help me at least try to be the best I can be at my form of taichi cheng man ching style and Cheng style so now I have to do both at getting better than I was ,that's a good idea and motivation to do it the best way to practice my form of taichi at home and at classes esp. at home that's where practice begins at home margie Sanchez
