Hello, i just want to ask, u sharpened it with a micro bevel, will the next sharpening be with the micro bevel again? Or should it be with the whole shinogi? Thanks

Thank you for your comment! You can use it by sharpening the micro bevel several times from a new one! However, Sashimi knife must someday sharpen Shinogi.
