I have had severe stress and have IBS I also know my liver is not right I think I have gallstones. can involuntary body movements be linked to liver energy?

Yes they can. Tremors and shaking are lack of smooth flow of Qi in terms of Chinese medicine. The Liver system, in Chinese Medicine, is responsible for the function of the smooth flow of Qi.

I have upper pressure in my stomach Everytime I eat when I lay down and wake up pressure in my stomach

If you can find a Chinese medicine/acupuncture practitioner in your area they may be able to help you but also please make sure you have consulted your doctor about this in case your condition needs to be investigated further. Best wishes, Janice.

I have upper abdominal pain right in the middle for over 3-4 weeks now its like constantly, it started after i wanted to massage my liver/galbladder how can i solve this problem??

Hi Furkan, I suggest you first consult your doctor to make sure there is nothing going on which requires medical attention. Then look out for a live lesson replay in a couple of weeks as I'll be talking about using Qigong to help with the Gallbladder stystem then. That is possible if you are not receiving enough nourishment Mahesh. However, you would have to consult with a Chinese medicine practitioner so that they could make a full diagnosis as I do not have enough detail from you to be able to comment any further. I havent been able to swallow for 18 months they thought it was because of h pylori but 2 corses of antibiotics and still swallowing problems i think i might have ibs ?
