Hey Jeffery, this was an excellent video. I have had a particularly rough month with anxiety attacks, this is the first time I’ve had them in my life (I’m 19), and it’s been particularly tough and rather frustrating to feel my body succumb to these painful and uncomfortable feelings. I’ve been doing better with understanding their cause and breathing through it. Lately I’ve been studying qigong on my own and some tai chi as well. This routine that you taught really helped me. I was in the middle of a rather hard panic attack with chest tightness and tingling skin. As we did the opening warm up breathing, I remembered something my therapist told me about the palms of our hands (she also teaches qigong). When we inhale, and our palms face the universe, she told me to think of it as giving thanks to the stars and the whole universe for the ability to exist, and when we exhale, we cycle our Qi and negative feelings outwards. I thought of this as I followed along, and it really helped me get back into a positive mindset. My chest tightness is gone now, I still feel some tingling, but I feel a lot better. I subscribed right away. Thank you again, it was a wonderful video.

Hi Jaffery, you don’t have any idea how much you have helped me. Three years before I had lower back pain. I was on medication. I realised that I cannot be on medication forever. I just found your video on lower back pain on KZbin. From the first day itself I was relieved from pain. With Daily practice it did not bother me again. Now I am suffering from chronic chest and upper back pain. Found your this video helpful in relieving chest pain. Need your blessings to recover soon. God bless you...

I've recently been diagnosed with carer burnout and panic disorder. Panic attacks coming in waves over the last 3 weeks. I'm very into Yoga so I increased my daily practise instantly. Swimming in ocean any opportunity I can. I had a severe attack this arvo. I looked up tai chi and saw your video. This has taken me from having extreme breathlessness due to an overstimulated sympathetic nervous system, to a now fully engaged parasympathetic nervous system. The middle heaven tapping released so much stagnant chi. I cried openly and wholeheartedly. It was so cathartic. Thank you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel such peace and bliss atm. This is the best I've felt all year. Blessings 🙏🙏✨✨✨

Hi Jeff, I know I might have mentioned this before, but I am very much into presentations whenever one wants to introduce themselves or anything they do. And I think the way you Just go into your subject and a couple of seconds later you introduce yourself and what you do is informative and to the point straight away, so one can make our minds up whether to continue watching or not . Sometimes one goes into some of these videos and people take ages to go into their subject, so one has to put up with all their introduction to realise in the end that it isn't of any interest to you. So thank you and please don't change the format.

Oh man Jeff, I was trying to move chi that was stuck in my sternum for the last two days, my acupuncture doc says that grief, holding onto feelings too long and sadness clogs the chi in the lung meridian. She advises me to massage just under my left collarbone when I begin to feel my heart clenching. I felt a bubbliness as I rubbed the points along my collarbone, and kept stroking them until the bubbliness disappeared. It helped with the clenching but the next day the clenching came back. I went for a brisk walk for 20 minutes which she says helps to move chi as well. I journaled which helps me to release blocked chi, then I did a mindfulness meditation for dealing with difficulties. I felt so much better, no more heart clenching. This morning I woke up and it was back. I knew I had to turn to you and THIS VERY EXERCISE because the pain was now in my sternum. After this exercise, the pain is all gone, both in my heart and in my sternum. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!

I finally finished writing that 'Great American Novel' and I'm in rewrites with a prominent editor. It seems though, with each resolve comes another obstacle. With just a few days left until Christmas, I've developed a chest cold. Brother... I'm flying to spend Christmas with my kids in 3 days. Qi Gong for Anxiety and Chest Tightness is my current go-to. I realized I need to get back into a better routine of mindfulness practices so I searched qigong for anxiety and found this video. When I started the hands while he was demonstrating I geared up a bit. The release was already starting. When the chest tapping began I started sobbing and kept on through the end of the routine. You have a wonderful presence, and your delivery of the practices and description of the movements is so easy to follow. This is my first time learning about Qigong, and I will be doing it daily, and learning as much as I can. I am extremely sensitive to energy, frequency, the vibrational resonance of literally everything. It becomes a lot. I absorb a lot of Lower vibrational energy, and I help to transmute it into a higher resonance. This is as natural to my body to do as breathing is. I've only recently learnt about it and how much negative energy gets stuck if I'm not doing something to clear the Energy blocks. I believe Qigong is the ticket.

I am so glad you discovered the videos! You are correct, many people are sensitive to energy, and that can be a good or not so good thing! Qigong is an excellent tool to help balance the effect of other peoples energy on us. Sometimes we can help balance the energy around us, other times we can just take a deep breath and let it all go.🙂

Thank you for this generous offering. I am normally a fairly balanced and calm person, but lately I have heart palpitations and anxiety. I work in the business office of an assisted living facility where the fear of Covid permeates everything we do. I do other guided qigong routines; now I've added this 12 minute routine to address my anxiety more directly. I LOVE the swaying tree imagination, and your gracious presence. Very calming. I look forward to exploring your site and other routines.
