Definitely challenging but oh so wonderful! Lotus blooms from the heart was much appreciated. I don't recall seeing that one in any other video! Gotta come back to those healing sounds too! As always, thank you!!!

@@TheNickLoffree It's so interesting to add Shaolin stances. I secretly always kind of imagine myself as a ninja when I'm doing Qi Gong anyway. Or at the very least an Element Bender.

Omg can't wait to try this! I'm obsessed with your videos lol As a yogi I've come to enjoy combined workouts and practices like this. I need a full workout that incorporates sound, movement, Kung fu for strength and Qigong. Brilliant thank you for this! 😍😭😱

So nice! Question: what Shaolin school or teacher did/do you study with? As a fellow Lee Holden trained teacher I find your approach to Shaolin 5 stance very compatible and feel inspired to learn more, to understand it well enough to share with my students. Thanks!

Hey 👋 For sure, I did some formal training at a kung fu school i n Santa Cruz CA and another in Boise Idaho. This form though I learned online from Shifu Yan Lei. He has tons of great ecourses, though it’s a bit hard to understand his english tbh.

@@TheNickLoffree Thanks, I'll check that out! I found shifu Yan Xin online who is interesting, too. A very joyful teacher, like you and Lee. Some of those guys are scary!! :~)
