Well, I wasn't expecting this ! I was rather wiped out and wasn't sure if I was up to doing anything but am I ever pleased that I did find this and do it. A Cosmic Cookie , for sure. I am confident that you and your family will be going back to Okinawa to enjoy the great beauty and peace. Thank you for such a sweet and gentle gift to us all.

@@TheNickLoffree Your voice is indeed quite pleasing to the ears. I don't know why, but when I was practicing, I was thinking about Japan for some reason, and it was revealed at the end it was shot in Okinawa. Crazy! I've never been to Japan by the way.

Such a wonderful, relaxing and calming routine as ever. You have such a meditative voice and calming way of explaining. I loved the scenery too. Thank you. I do your routines everyday, couldn't be without Qi Gong in my life.

Incredible routine Nick. Pressing the tongue against the roof of the mouth really activates the vagus. HR dropped to 40s!!!

I've been doing this for a week and feel like I am finding benefit from it. How is this working? Where do I go from here? I can see other videos but they are for specific sessions. Is there a play list to follow for a week or a month of exercises or am I better off just sticking to this daily if I am finding it good?
