Triple flavors(Garlic, Honey, Scallions) After this recipe, you will only want this kind of bread! Most delicious garlic bread
*Ingredients
1.Dough
150g (0.62 cup) Milk
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Instant yeast
300g (2 cup) Bread flour
1 pc (50 g+-) Egg
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
28g (2 tbsp) Unsalted butter
2. Fillings
30g Garlic
70g (5 tbsp) Unsalted butter
2g (1/4 tsp) Salt
20g (1 tbsp) Honey
Scallions
3. Top
Egg wash
180°C (355°F) bake for 20-25 minutes
Important tips
1. If the garlic sauce has not solidified, keep it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. This will make it easier to spread it on the surface of the dough sheets.
2. Cut the dough sheets into 24 parts and divide them into 4 groups.
3. Baking pan size is about 20x20x7cm.
4. Brush the top with egg wash or milk.
