They where probably like "I'm super prepared have everything perfect omg this cake girl is going to ruin everything what can I do to help without ruining my shit". For example how QT was with them moving the cake through no one cared the florist was with her flowers. If QT wasn't Aries' friend she would have absolutely been called a bitch for being controlling what table the cake goes on, that's also not taking recommendations from thr client.

QT handled the whole thing in such an impressively mature way. That being said I think she should leave bad reviews for both the florist and AirBnB people. We need to hold people accountable and also protect others from having to deal with these bad situations

Yeah the whole "I don't want to leave negative reviews because it will hurt their business" thing really shouldn't be how people think, and you see it all the time. Like, imagine how many people with stories like QT's could have avoided all the stress and negativity if other people had just warned them. If someone isn't running their business well, you shouldn't have to care about whether you will damage it or not

@@T0NI_ No no, not leaving a review was a really smart and mature move. She told them why she had a bad experience and gave them the opportunity to make things right in the future. If you jump to leaving a bad review, that review stays there no matter how much a business grows and improves. If you tell the business what went wrong, USUALLY they will bend over backwards to try to make things right, just to keep you from leaving a bad review. You should always contact someone first. Although I agree that she should have left a bad review after they tried to charge her for false damages, because that shows that they weren't interested in improving, they were interested in making a quick buck on a foundation of dishonesty.

You’re kinda passing the buck onto the next client by not leaving a review. If you do you let new clients know that this was a problem in the past and to make their own judgment based on other reviews and what they see from the owners/florist. But with that being said I understand why she didn’t

Currently planning my own wedding, I can vouch that all florists are villians. Our venue only allows one florist, and after dealing with them, that are the only vendor we are not going to tip. Same thing when I was ordering flowers for the engagement
