QUADRAGOCON 2021!! LET THE GAMES CONTINUE!!!!

In 2015 John and I competed in a 14 event competition called the Quadragocon with the intent of repeating it every four years. But then we didn't do that and then there was a pandemic and ugh.
BUT WE'RE BACK! With a couple of repeated events (that had the same outcomes) and a whole bunch of new ones, THIS is QUADRAGOCON 2021!!!

@@OctagonalGolbat It's somewhat complicated. In American Football a tie leads to "overtime", which is 10 minutes long. Each team will get a chance to play the ball, unless the first team gets a touchdown (if they only get a field goal the other team will still have a chance to play). If the score is still tied after both teams have had possession of the ball then the next point will win. In the pre-season or regular season the game is declared a tie if the score is still tied at the end of 10 minutes. In the playoffs additional 10 minute overtime periods will be played until one of the teams wins. (But it has never gone past double overtime.) I did have to look this up BTW, I knew overtime existed but like most NerdFighters I didn't really know the rules.

@@OctagonalGolbat so I’m from a soccer (the real football ;-) ) family and it’s like this; If after 90 minutes (2 times 45 minutes) plus additional time from when the game stopped because of injuries there is a tie, they get an extra 15 minutes to change that. In normal competition if there still is a tie, then that’s the score. But in knock-off-championship (like the last 8 competitors in world championships etc) after that there’ll be penalties. First 5/5, is that’s a tie then it’s a sudden death kind of thing, when you score 1 and the other doesn’t you win.
