I can do pretty high straight jumps, I just struggle with going high and long at the same time, this tutorial helped me so much! I’m working on my form and it’s getting much better. I just need to gain more confidence to go higher and not be so afraid to bust my face open. I think I’ll be okay. Practice makes perfect!

I can go high and long from the start of quads. But I can't kick out and keep landing on my feet first. All I need is to work on that and my trot now! I've been doing quads for a month or 2 :)

@@j3welestrella201 You can also observe the way different animals move around and practice until you are satisfied with the results. This helped me improve a lot. Good luck!

If you have a lead hang and foot, start with your lead hand, other hand, lead foot, other foot, keep a 1.. 2.. 3.. 4.. rhythm, im not the best at explaining running, so you might have too look at other tutorials, but thats how I walk

Guys,always remember exercising before doing quads!. You can easily have an accident if you dont + youll feel more comfortable/flexible. Also,jumping isn't easy,so don't feel bad if you can't now :) (im practicing!)

How to walk, trotand run/canter in quadrobics! Body: head R1. L1 R2. L2 Walking Form : butt aligned with spine in straight line (can tilt upwards a bit if needed) so not a mountain Rythm: 1 2, 3 4, 1 2, 3 4, Goes like this: R1 R2, L1 L2, Running/canter Form: same form for walking Rythm: 1, 2 3 1, 2 3 Goes like: R2, L2, R1, L1 and repeat Trotting Form: Same form for all of them Rythm: 1 2, 1 2, 1 2, Goes like: R1, L2, (lift up and put down) L1, R2, Also kinda bounce while trotting it will go smoother Hope this helped!

I don't understand, I've watched the video 19203847757574663 times and it doesn't work and I've broken it like 10 times and it never works. I know how to do quadrobics but when I do them my feet always fall first and not my hands and it's not like that :( I'm stressed because I don't I can't do it, I'm very sad because I really want to learn but I always do a cartwheel when I try to get my hands to fall first or I end up falling silent and I also end up falling with my feet first. The tutorial is very good :) but I personally can't do it Well I always end up breaking the floor I don't know what to do because my sister has already asked me 1737839494874636 times what is happening, one time I fell face down and you can't imagine how much that hurt :(

Quadrobics can be harder depending on your weigh but if you can get your hands and feet on the floor at the same time you're pretty much ready to go. it's a great sport for anyone!
