Opening the Brighton casement window 90 degree on a 24” x66” window leave you a 20” window opening, making it a safe egress for a bedroom?

Kathie, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, a 24"x 66" casement window does not meet the requirement to meet egress. However, if you had egress hardware, you may be able to get fairly close.
