And pretty much eat anything and everything. I'm not talking about just gaining weight but to keep your body healthy and clean right now as much as possible... Because this virus is a equal opportunity killer. It doesn't matter your race your ...economic level... your profession whoever you are. *these are not criticisms these are just tips from what I learned over the years* - layer your lasagna sheets in opposite directions. One layer horizontal the next going across almost like a checker pattern. That way you get perfect pieces every time you cut into it. -*this goes for any pasta or rice* salt your water. Put butter in your water for rice and if you’d like put oil in the water for pasta. But def wanna salt the water. And not a sprinkle of salt either -when you’re sautéing start with oil and onions start with your aromatics first. If you need to remove some oil do so but do the onions garlic etc before the meat. -*Ive mentioned this for pizza and it applies here too* you gotta let it rest at lest 25-30 mins before cutting or slicing. That’s how you keep from the noodles from sliding everywhere and the toppings sliding off the pizza. Keep at it bro it looks great just some pointers for you and others who are looking to cooking.
