i hope success in your bakery shop! it’s pretty sad that there’s little to none vietnamese bakery shops in EU, but back home in Sydney 🇦🇺, you’ll find banh mi almost everywhere. (i would suggest birds eye chilli for the banh mi)

Australia has some amazing vietnamese food due to vietnamese migration back as esrly as the 70's. And unlike the USA/Canada from a lot of the videos ive watched, the ingredients in Australia seem to be more abundant, therefor youre getting a more authentic meal, per se

Lol Same! Living in BC and will definitely go to Edmonton just for good food. You should ask for the bread un-toasted. A lot of vancouver banh mi places toast the heck out of their bread.

Looks legit. Only thing I would change is the size of the carrots. Make them a bit larger and add daikon to it. I would toss the pork in the sauce instead of the pork then adding the sauce. Banh mi should be a pretty dry sandwich and Im not a fan of extra sauce or even adding soy sauce(never add soy sauce). Jalapeño would be more customer friendly than other peppers.
