Quang I am joining the military this summer and I need to lose weight. I am subbed to your fitness Channel as well and it really inspired my first few workouts. However, I am stuck on a 1,000 calorie a day diet so I can lose weight faster. Watching you make this food is torture to me but also allows me to set goals for myself. "If I burn 2,000 calories on the treadmill tomorrow I am eating Buffalo Wings like Quang made." Thats my goal for tomorrow and I have made several of these goals in the past couple of weeks. I started at 250 lbs and I am now 230. Ive only been working out for 2 weeks so thats a little more than a pound a day but it is so worth it. Thanks for being a support for me in the time that I need a little bit of delicious food.

Using corn starch won't give you that fried chicken vibe per se, but the corn starch still makes it crispy. Just not the "fried chicken crispy," if that makes sense.
