My husband loves steak so... Lunch was ribeye with a mushroom sauce, homemade crispy/fluffy baked steak fries with a side of broccoli and greens. My daughter had no where to go so.. I made her mushroom Mac n' cheese fried chicken fillet with a side of broccoli, that's what she wanted. My husbands favorite tiramisu homemade for dessert. 😰 I'm exhausted but happy my family is happy😊

I was really excited to try pho. The first time I had it the broth was really bland but somewhat okay after adding fish sauce and hot sauce. The second time it was more salty then flavorful. I'm going to give it another try but also I think it's the seasoning that I don't really care for. I make some good Czech homemade broth and I like ramen.
