Sir, sum of triangle is 180° and here in this example it should have been 45° for that small triangle as in this example it is obvious that it should have been 45° coz total in this triangle will be 90°+45°+45°=180°. But why you found out the degree of that triangle by applying trigonometric ratio when it is 45°. Please explain I am confused. Reply immediately sir. Thank you.

Protin Rabha dear this will be not 45 degree because both sides of triangle are not same.... When both are same then 45 will be right. but here lenght and breath are not same......

Hello Engineering Boy, using THALES theorem: X= B/L * 1' = 20/10 * 1' = 2' ; no need for tan or tan-1, right?

Yes but no 😂 Because this theorem does not work always. For example If you have B/L= 23/11 Then that theory will not work. However tan or tan-1 works always

actually the formula is D^2 / 24 to find weight of steel in lbs per unit length. so have just converted lbs into kg. like 24 x 2.204 = 25.9
