That's truth... One thing I've learned over the course of time is that we can't truly know light... Without experiencing the dark. Same with pretty much everything... Pain, suffering, etc... But like you said, instead of fearing these things, realizing they exist to make light (pleasure, joy, happiness, etc) brighter. ☺️

I love all of your interviews, but this one might be my favorite. All healing is ultimately self-healing. I also made the mistake of “outsourcing” my healing & everything changes once we learn that our bodies are made for self-healing. Sometimes we need to get out of our own way. Our emotions drive our vibrational frequency so much more than our words. For instance, the feeling of “being in love” is HEALING. If we go out of our way to pay attention to our emotions DAILY we can create a new vibrational set point. If I feel like I am starting to get sick, I focus on the fact that, “I am HEALING” I never buy into the story that I am sick. Our beliefs drive our emotions, so anyone reading this, just remember being a child and how magical it was when your mom put a bandaid on a cut and it healed itself. We never questioned it. We just expected, believed it would heal. It’s the same with any dis-ease. What if we were programmed to believe the cells in our bodies would always get back into alignment no matter what? Would we have so many dying from cancer, autoimmune disease? I don’t think we would!

I too believe that we can heal ourselves because after all that’s why we have an immune system. The problem is that we haven’t been taught how to heal ourselves.

I had two full time careers that I practiced simultaneously. One was that of a college professor. When you said " they could feel libraries of what they don't teach". This made me laugh because it's so true. I managed. To get around this. But, many people who are educators have rigid atrophied minds that refuse to embrace or give any credence to any concepts that challenge their narrow interpretations of reality. I really enjoyed this interview.

I ditched alcohol too going on 4 years ago! It’s a low frequency substance. I have noticed quite a few people literally not to be able to tolerate low frequency substances such as alcohol. The higher they raise their vibrational frequency, alcohol is no longer a vibrational match! Some people start feeling sick even off of one drink once they raise their vibration! In my opinion today, the moment I recall I was in a state of exhilaration like a kid, was when I used to be in Scientology and I experienced consciously that I am soul 😂 In essence the human experience is exactly what it is. After so many years of seeking and exploring many ways to bring peace in my life I can say, for today, that the trap 🪤 is hoping for the outcome while there’s only “now” and nothing else. We are meant to suffer and adjust as we live in this dream world. I am thankful I am open to trying different things because I also met wonderful people during my path and it’s not over 😂😂😂

Modern medicine replaced my knees. My Spiritual Energy Healing had my walking in two weeks! Doctor didn't believe me when I told him I would be walking at my two week follow-up after surgery. He has to check his notes when he saw me walk in and said, "your walking!" My reply was "I told you I would!!" I use Reiki, Quantum touch and simple power of thought!!

you forgot to mention quarks:9 but I like you mentioning we should introduce new fields/subjects in the school curriculum for kids. It really is high time to do so and todays kids are ready for it. As a teacher; I æve experienced todays education system is not compatible with our youngsters. So thank you for advocating for this. Wonderful interview! I’m happy to discover Dr Espen here. A note about self-realization - the ascended masters mentioned never had children. I feel there is only so much that can be spiritually accomplished with responsibilities in the material world with raising children. I’m not saying not to aim high and consciously choose a joyful life - but I don’t understand comparisons to Jesus or Yogananda that unless we are celibate and don’t have children can not attain ascended master level.
