It’s laughable that medical insurance companies call themselves “Healthcare Providers” the doctor & our conscience decisions are our providers …. Insurance companies are financially irresponsible of our healthcare… they are just profiteering

i've been learning chigong from some Chinese masters based in Germany. Because of distance, the students are learning through Zoom. The masters can send out Chi to everyone in the class from wherever you are and I really feel it. Many times the Chi sent to me made me cry, expand and heal......really amazing.

Believe it or not people find the information when they are ready to find it, not before, not after. I didn't listen to this before, it came to me now after I heard someone else referenced this technique but it was very superficial, so I didn't get the information very well until now with this interview.

For us that have respiratory problems like past smoking nicotine, but not yet considered anything major: Would it be beneficial for us - instead of the goal of 20-40-40 Do as much with each in & hold & out- like say 12-20- 20? Wondering with practice if we can still benefit from the start while aiming for your impressive numbers?

Why not credit the people indigenous to this cultural practice he learned from. He’s talking about Mantak Chia as the Tai Chi master who has the retreat in Thailand. So tired of white people trying to own another culture’s gifts. Great it’s helped them and want to teach others but give credit where it’s due!
