I used you butter and coconut sugar advise while baking brownies today and a old lady asked me.. how do you bake your brownies? And i start by tell her.. chocolate , flour, butter etc.. and she said: I know how to make brownies girl, i need to know how you made them so delicious on de outside! So thank for sharing that tip with us.

Hahahaha yes! I love this story! It's such an easy dirty trick that makes everything taste better. I might try that technique underneath cookies. Hopefully it won't burn.
