Just made the chili/mac n cheese munchie. BUT, I covered it with a mix of shredded cheddar, gruyere, and breadcrumbs and tossed it in the broiler for 3-4 minutes. OMG delicious! Thanks, Sam!

Pokme 🤔 Sans blague! Un Français qui regarde un vidéo de cuisine fait par un nord américain. Êtes-vous sûr que vous soyez français? Tous les Français disent que les Amérloques n’ont pas de cuisine. C’est vrai : c’est la fin du monde.

@@matthewjay660 Yes, I am sure I am French :p It is precisely a North American, it is interesting to discover world cuisine even if I like the cuisine of my country of course. In my opinion the best cuisine is simplicity, good meat and it's perfect no need to complicate to make good, SAM demonstrates it very well! Not all stereotypes are true except that where French is bad in English, haha ! ;)

Hey Sam and Max just wanted to say thank you!! We picked up a whole chicken and 5lbs of chicken breast/rib/parts around the time all of this started and we’ve been living off chicken, but thanks to you my family hasn’t complained once! 😂 I’ve been watching these videos as they come out, then rewatching them on nights I’m lost and don’t know what to make. So far we’ve done the chicken tacos (I mixed the chicken and beans together, then put it in the tortillas with some cheese and fried the whole thing - they were amazing!) and we made the ramen noodle stir fry (I didn’t have chow main noodles so I topped it with French fried onions instead - also amazing! 😂). Tomorrow we are making the tuna-spinach pasta from the lockdown pasta video and the whole family is pretty excited about it. Thanks for making these pantry videos - just wanted you to know we appreciate it. Stay safe!

Most people don’t buy fish so there’s mostly that instead of beef and chicken would’ve been nice to see recipes with more fish
