My favorite part of the late show has been when Colbert breaks occasionally. Its just always hilarious. Quarantine has brought so many of those moments which I love. But it has also brought something I love more which is the new laugh track of no audience but just Evie laughing off camera. Who cares if a live audience finds Colbert funny, she does. It is just the most endearing thing and I love it.

Remember to check on your registration early, be sure they have your current address, including apartment number, be sure this matches your current ID, ask about options like “curbside” voting, early voting, be sure you understand the requirements and deadlines for absentee/mail in ballots. Do they have to have been postmarked (and if so by when?) or can you drop them off ? (Where and by when?) Do you need a witness signature on your absentee ballot? Also double check your polling location as it may have changed since you last voted. Know the hours and options available. Ask if your state offers Election day registration and bring your current ID just in case, as there could be delays in getting newly registered voters onto the lists.
