Every year since 1999, we meet to play tai chi together January in Sydney. From these workshops, we built the Tai Chi for Health Institute that brought tai chi to millions of people around the world. Many projects were created including scientific studies and the Tai Chi Association of Australia. Most importantly over last 25 years, we have all grown in tai chi and enjoyed the wonderful friendship and camaraderie.
