Nice to see MTs Richard Link (RIP) and Dan Jones moving the banner before the form; I miss them both. Interesting the subtle variation in movements between individual MTs. I remember watching this demonstration live, and a tai chi brother commenting on the evident chi of one MT's movements; something that I missed at the time but can kind of see now. Thanks for posting for our benefit and enjoyment Dr. Lam!

MCPS MERIDIAN SCAN尊重真Guided nontantric CabinJohnStarbucks3pm MD/DC🇺🇸 schedule 4 PresidentBiden2025-8 kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZ7LqoB5etZ0iqMfeature=shared Learn about the meridians, take pictures. Under the royal guides of the ancestral royal japanese guard It's all about posture, truth is proportional to nature, farce is not found in natural form. Literally zazen practice is accepting They're saying the posture is upright and acceptable, optimal They can begin to bring this through this way from this angle and labelled correctly and americanly as it's honest truth. Proverbial but Unbeknownst to everyone there were multiple meridian masters in my family (we are Japan's imperial family) These are multiple international masters chiming in The forms can't be that refined, this must be the imperial Japanese, it is noted having some recent History in the DC area as well! That's why everyone is trying to assure us it's truly like a health test but if as doctors expect it continues to shift at this angle this is over for the previous paradigm, this is more what were accustomed to with Clinton and Obama, even American government is this high vibe They're just saying truly the nation is a big anxious but the test results will come through, it's not beyond educated America to accept an Eastern breakthrough gracefully but they're just straining to know for sure, nothing fully clear for a few weeks I suppose . Anguishinglg slow of Congress but at least defined... So like they said America votes we get four million over this.. over the meridian system.. Pentagon wants it etc were willing under Biden so he stays.. no worries if no more fanfare but if this is all same next month be assured our nature isbquietnnottrepublican style revelry but it's admittance it shifted this way .. I'm not comfortable with this daily or annually but it's a hundred years Holocaust anniversary memorial day yea this is in my mind like CIA takeiver thankfully estrogen

Dr Lam has many videos for you to view. The first one (Arthritis) is a great beginner. Look around for a Tai Chi class in your neighbor hood. Lam teaches Sun style tai chi. Yang tai chi is the big one that is the most taught. Each instructor is different in their style of teaching. Go with your gut.

I had a heart attack back in 1996. Tai Chi has quieted my mind. The poses combined with the deep breathing are stretches that quiet my mind. I also take a 30- 45 min walk for my cardio. Very peaceful! Makes me feel better and improves my focus.
