I ask if the purpose of Tai Chi is that of form instead of allowing the body to guide the movement but consciously control it.

The breathing right of Tai Chi is more healthy and suitable for elder seniors and people with overweight than Yoga. Tai Chi have all the movements: head, neck, body, hip bone, joints of arms, should, elbow, wrist, legs, knee and ankle. Yoga is for flexible thinner person. The bending and twisting of body, twisted, arms and legs. Foundation.🐺

Thank you all very much, I did enjoy the experience greatly. Thank you Carissa and Mark (her father also alias Elvis) and Evan who curates the songs. Hope to have more singing with tai chi. Write to me via [email protected] if you too like to see more of these. Like Jerry's dancing tai chi, tai chi is nature, so as singing and dancing. When these arts were combined well, they become more beautiful! Best Wishes Paul

Dr. Paul Lam, you are a blessing! I have the DVD's for Arthritis and have used them many years. It is my daily exercise and has helped keep my arthritis at a low disability level. No hip replacements, no painkillers today. I am very grateful.

I have your videos on Tai Chi for Arthritis and have practiced this for over 10 years now. At 66 years old, with Spondylitis (with peripheral involvement), I am still able to go hiking, train dogs in Obedience and tracking and really enjoy life. Before your videos and Tai Chi practice, I used a cane many times and life seemed to be ending. Thank you so much for this life you have given me!
