when you plugged in for the first time the video showed some "_"s in the bottom left side of the corner where the speed and location are supposed to be at 7:40 . After the dashcam sample clips started playing near 7:50 the clip started showing speed and locations. What did you turn on in the app besides GPS?

I park my vehicle often outside, nothing has happened so far. So, it should not be a concern. But better to put a cloth inside the car to cover key parts, not just for the Dashcam but for other components as well to avoid heat damage.

Working fine without issues. Haven't checked my memory card actually, if it's full or not. But it automatically deletes older files once SD card is full. It does not delete all files, it deletes as & when needed. It's called 'Loop recording' where the oldest files are auto deleted to make space.

1. Try clearing cache & data of the app and login again and try again. 2. You can extend video downloads upto 1 min, it downloads in batches of 1 min each. For ex: if you want last 1 hour footage it downloads you 60 videos of 1 min each into your gallery and saves it, I know it sucks, but that's how it is.

Option 1 : Android Auto, try to connect using wire if slot is available. Maybe Bluetooth & the hotspot of the camera is interfering with each other. Option 2 : Maybe connect to the Qubo app when Android Auto is off.

You don't need to open the app everytime you step in your car. You need to connect with Qubo app via hotspot only when you need to download any video. Otherwise it keeps automatically recording footage itself.

Hi, I think am stuck , hope someone can answer my doubt. I think it connects to the device using wifi, if I turn off my mobile wifi this dashcam no longer connects to my movie , as a result i cant see the videos through viewfinder or record any videos. If I connect to dashcam wifi , my mobile can't connect to it's 4G network, therefore it's like either 4G or this dashcam , both don't work in parallel. I don't know if this is how this product is designed or am doing something wrong. Just because I want to be connected to dashcam i cant keep the internet OFF on my mobile, it's a big inconvenience, as I rely on mobile internet for Google map or Spotify or many other reasons.

Dashcam automatically records when the car starts. You don't need Wifi to record the videos when you are driving. You only need to connect to the Dashcam's hotspot via Wifi to check the recorded videos on your Qubo App that's it.
