As a grade 3 student at St.Joseph’s Convent School in Sliema, was really excited to be given a Maltese flag and taken to Floriana to see the Queen. What an experience!

Such a crowd supported the Queen’s visit in 1954. On her last visit in 2015, sadly hardly anyone showed up. 😢
