What I love about Queen is that there is a great diversity in their music, you never know what you're going to get with a Queen song since they're all over the place stylistically. With Queen all four members were song-writers with very distinct styles, that's quite unusual in a band. This song - Killer Queen - is very Freddie in style.

Out of all the Queen reaction videos I've watched, you're the only one who delved the deepest into the lyrics. I love that! Especially for this song. Its lyricality AND musicality gets overlooked. Definitely looking forward to more of your Queen reactions!

One thing about the band you have to know, is that they are all very well educated. The references in some of their songs are twists on historical events. Freddie, completed college with a diploma in Art & Graphic Design. Dr Brian May, a Bachelor's degree in science / PHD in astrophysics. Completed about 30 years later, due to career as a rock / guitar god. Roger Taylor, BSc in Biology. John Deacan, degree in electronics. All of this is to say, don't feel bad if you have to look up some of the references in their songs. Look up Live At The Rainbow 1974. Edit for individual reactions. You won't regret it!!

Freddy Mercury normally did not explain the lyrics to his songs. He left them to the listeners interpretation. This is especially true of their masterpiece Bohemian Rhapsody. Dont miss reacting to that song. Many believe it is the greatest song ever recorded.

Queen is my favorite band! Their song One Vision is so good, but I think you should react to the music video because it gives you a look a little behind the scenes. Loved this video!!! I also highly recommend Keep Yourself Alive, Seven Seas Of Rhye, Don't Stop Me Now, Radio Gaga, Under Pressure, Who Wants To Live Forever, You Take My Breath Away, Love Of My Life, White Queen, Hammer To Fall, Fat Bottomed Girls, Crazy Little Thing Called Love. Good job! I think you will enjoy Queen even more the deeper you go. You see, they were all super talented and so versatile. This was the first time the background voices were put thru’ a moog, a guitar amp with the guitar and voices together, and a Hammond B church organ cabinet in that used trebelo to whirl the sound around. Then all genres including gospel copied them in the years to come. Queen did it first

They were a bit annoyed (to put it mildly) when they performed this at BBC because they had to do it playback. "That is how we do it here" they were told. Top Of The Pops was THE music program, getting to perform there was quite a big thing.

Moet et Chandon is champagne. Another theory as to what this song is about is that Freddy rodent in reference 2 his manager I think. So you will hear that floating around but the main theory is it's about a prostitute. If you like this other really fun videos are Ballroom Blitz by Sweet, Blinded By the Light by Manfred Mann Earth band, one of my favorites Carry On Wayward Son by Kansas. Queen bed all kinds of music. If you want to see a very clever version of YMCA check out America's Got Talent and the gentleman's name is Christopher. Another good one is America's Got Talent Ray Jessel. It's titled 84 year old man sings hilarious song. He wrote the song and it is hilarious and will completely catch you off-guard.
