Now you say it, I think chances are he said "sing very nice," because "you seem" sounds as if it were the first time they meet the Brazil audience, but I think they have already been there before, so he might have said "sing" instead. Also, he said that specifically when the crowd stopped singing in the "Love of My Life" section. He didn't say it at the beginning of the live or something; it would be more reasonable for him to compliment their behavior rather than their singing. Anyway, what did you and your friend come to?
