I don't understand why there are so many negative comments about this video and her method of cooking. Just because she's doing it differently that how others might do it, does not make it bad or incorrect. For those who say this is unsanitary, you are incorrect, she's cooking over a very high heat and the food is cooked all the way through. It would be harder to get sick from eating this food that it would be from eating at a typical fast food place. Those eggs are huge, they look like they have really thick shells too. That's a sign of a very healthy chicken. I'm an American and I wouldn't be worried about eating from this street vendor. People get too worried about things like this. Just be smart. If you are uncomfortable with eating at some place, then simply don't eat there.

A lot of viewers are from countries that have established food handling protocols so it appears unsanitary when they see food cooked in this manner, they fail to realize that the heat will kill all the potential bacteria that could cause problems as most bacteria are killed off at about 130 deg farenheit, and 165+ is pasteurized and bacteria is killed instantly. Of course I would probably not eat raw food handled in that way.

Correction to my reply, I would only eat raw food handled in this way if it were by a someone in my immediate family as our germs are mixed between us all day anyways anytime we pick up a control, turn a door knob, etc etc.

What she is making is something similar to a very popular vegetarian dish called Paddu/Paniyaaram. That is actually a Paniyaaram mould. I can see that the eggs are big and would make a good healthy filling breakfast when eaten with 2-3 slices of whole wheat bread or whole wheat flour rotis. God Bless her for giving a healthy meal to the hungry early in the morning before they set off to work.

I had duck eggs yrs ago when enjoying a week long visit with childhood friend at their family farm. They looked just like these. 6:10 if u r wondering what that metal stick is? its a spoke from motorcycle wheel. Edit: I am getting some blacklash as many think I am making fun of it. Let me get this straight. I am myself a proud Indian and it was meant just for general information on how Indians love 'Jugaad'. It is a bicycle spoke, but it doesn't mean it was used on bicycle. Spokes can be bought new from a shop. Metal can be washed clean and being non-absorbent is cleaner than wooden cutlery. It is about getting a job done. Here, this spoke works perfect for the job, what difference does it make if it was intended for bicycle. The lady is working hard, making her ends meet and making some delicious food. Thats all that matters. Respects to her.

Just a fond wish on my part,(living in the U.S) but I'd love it if our culture had more street food and places to eat a healthy treat like these.There's far too much fear and distrust of such things and because there are always disreputable people who don't care and are not caring and clean.They have ruined this and caused a hyper vigilance and germaphobia to be the norm these days.Not that that is a bad thing,but eating a breakfast such as this I'd choose any day over cardboard fasttfood..And these cooks are experts,doing wholesome natural cooking every single day long! Carbs- especially White refined sugar. My grandparents ate sat fat because they wasted nothing of an animal. They ate carbs moderately, especially white sugar. Instead preferring a tiny bit of honey.They also got physical exercise because they didn't drive nor have many modern conveniences.They lived into their hundreds. I do think moderation and exercise is the key more than anything. Trouble is, today everyone wants to latch onto a fad diet and eat fake chemical laden processed foods rather than just live humbly as we did for centuries.
