Paul Rodgers not being in the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame is a felony.

He does not wish to be. (per Eddie Trunk) "I don't think rock 'n' roll belongs in a museum." He's been asked multiple times & turned the question down every time. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZaZnaqep7CMbsk God bless Paul ...there'll never be another. A REAL rock treasure.

May is an outstanding guitarist, he handles the solo faithfully, with respect and without undue fussy embellishment. an absolute joy
@hunterjohnson73933 жыл бұрын
Shows how brilliant the Red Special is -- essentially Strat schematic, but with May's tweaks, sounds like a Gibson. Exceptional work.
@baynesstreetblues3 жыл бұрын
It's hard to emulate Kossoff’s mastery of vibrato and sustain (originally done without stomp boxes or effects) but May’s solo comes very close 👏👏
@chrissanders83623 жыл бұрын
Those who have played that solo over the past 40 years will know, he didn't do the solo note for note as Paul Kossoff and with the correct vibrato.....It is an iconic signature solo that missed notes and added others.If you are going to play alongside the best singer in the world and who wrote the song,then at least play the solo exact,not a rough copy......Sorry to those with bad hearing....
@veronicawebb25263 жыл бұрын
Brian loves it.
@wigzme27173 жыл бұрын
@@chrissanders8362 i think your the one with bad hearing LOL, he plays the chords in a diff place to Kossof but it sounds the same with a bit of May's touch, the solo was pretty much note for note, ill give you the vibrato not being quite the same though, but every play has different vibrato in general.
