We met Kuma and Doflamingo back in episode 151 where 3 of the warlords met with Fleet Admiral Sengoku and Vice Admiral Tsuru regarding replacing Crocodile.

A lot happened in that episode: Doflamingo's drip and sheer force of personality, the Blackbeard reveal, Whitebeard's first appearance, and Luffy one-shotting Bellamy. No wonder she doesn't remember.

That docking scene always makes me laugh. Robin shut that down with the quickness! This arc was never my favorite but it gets better every time I watch it. We did see Kuma before, although it was mostly just as he was walking by. Kuma means bear in Japanese, so that explains his ears.

It actually is one of my favorites. It can't beat Enies Lobby or THE big one still coming up, but it's really up there. I absolutely loved Usopp resisting the negative ghosts. I died cackling when I saw it along with tons of other great moments like Luffy pushing the zombie back into the ground and the "Nothing Happened" (which I see Queen has already seen, so I can say that)

I think it’s so funny that with gags like docking has the women think it’s stupid and portrays them as not understanding it, and then any time I see a girl reacting to these episodes they think it’s stupid too. Franky’s robot antics are every man’s dream! 😢

The fight between him and the Strawhats have only JUST begun. In regards to Kuma, you have seen him before. He was at Warlord meeting with Doflamingo and Mihawk. Though, he was quietly observing things, whereas in the manga, he did speak.
