Is that non dairy whip used on the cake drum? Have you ever had your tier cake slide off in transportation? I’m doing a two tier cake and im nervous about the cake sliding and tumbling down. Any suggestions? I didn’t see a middle dowel through the layers. Where do you purchase your cake boxes for transportation? Thank you!

I use a bit of the filling on the cake board and it keeps the cake nicely on the cake board.

I use non dairy whipped cream. It's a lot more stable and won't melt as easily.
