I love how you say for those of you that are here for the first time! I love that it's not a screaming intro like some people do! 🥰

This is such a great resource! I just got my first pair of heels and REALLY am wanting to experiment with floor work, so I look forward to using this information when I get paid. Floor work here we come! And I just want to say in general thank you for how informative and helpful this whole channel is. Sharing your knowledge for free can't be easy, but it's invaluable to those of us without means to take scads of courses, and to fill the void between weekly classes. You are such a rock star.

Knee pads are super important, thank you for this super pros and cons list! I have both and agree with your assessment - they are both great, but really depends on what you want to do. Thank you so much for sharing!!

Thank you so much for this video! I do not do pole dancing. I actually clean and do construction for a living. But I have skinny legs and it’s hard to find regular work kneepads for someone like me. They make them huge and clunky . It’s so nice to know that they have some thing like this out there for women. You dance beautifully and you have a gorgeous figure! That makes me think maybe I should try pole dancing as exercise lol. I think I will get the second pair you mentioned. Those will work best for me. Do they stretch out on you and try to slip down after a long time of wearing them? I move a lot and I hurt my knee very badly just kneeling to clean a tile shower . It sucks . Thank you again 🥰

I experience little slippage with these two. I love them and use them personally. Thanks for taking time to write on here :) Thank you for your compliments and yes, pole dance can get you strong and fit and it helps if you eat well and do it on a regular basis. I think you should try it and keep in mind things can be challenging at first with anything in life :) so don't give up if at first things are confusing and seem difficult!

Hi Vera, Please, what’s the size for the Queen ? Thank you for the tips, they are really helpful. And by the way your exotic tutorial for beginners is the best I could ever find here. I’d love to see some exercises for exotic for people without a bar at home 🥰♥️. Thank you again for the videos, you are such an amazing dancer.

Hi Isis! Are you aware that I started a Patreon with tutorials for exercises, choreographies, sexy pole, spin pole, floorwork elements and choreographies, flexibility and conditioning for pole dance, etc etc etc? We are keeping our prices low and trying to grow our student community. There are 46 students learning with us online (we just started)! COME AND CHECK US OUT! www.patreon.com/thechromeclub Also: for the knee pads, use the size guide on their website to suit your needs. I use XS but make sure you measure yourself and match it to your size!

I usually purchase Mighty Grip knee pads, but I don't like the way they feel anymore. It always feels like they are about to fall down when I walk around the pole. I also think that it's because the pad is too thick. I might go towards Queen.

Both of these knee pads are tight for me and I love them

Would you recommend mighty grip or any other brand that sells the grippy gloves and those ankle protectors too? Or do you think it’s better to just do it without it?
