TW Animosity the animation and some background. You can find a reaction video on their KZbin channel they made themselves when they saw the animated video for the first time. Grim Reaper is a cartoon serie that has around 100 episodes on Webtoons. The Grim Reaper, Scarlet, has an X on her because she has sinned and was sent to Hell. The Devil as a punishment sent her back and she has to kill a sinner per day (that also carry an X that only the Grim Reaper can see). The last scene is the fight between the Grim Reaper and the Devil. This animated video carry many more characters vs the anime. In this case Webtoons reached out to TW and asked if they fancied an animation of a cartoon and TW picked Grim Reaper. The author of Grim Reaper, Graveweaver, was not involved in the animation of her own serie but was as well happily surprised with the outcome as they animators added some characters that normally is not present in her particular cartoon Graveweaver did herself a reaction to her cartoon that is on KZbin. There is also a short video where DPA talks with Graveweaver about their collaboration. I don’t include the link if your channel removes comments with links.

Hey Killermcknight that first Ale you said is how most Warning fans pronoun her name. That being said great reaction. I'm 62 so Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin will always be two of my all-time favorite rock bands. The Warning is my favorite for this generation of rock. No one can touch this power trio of sisters. Imo. Peace and subscribed.

So Dany has a pedal board that can duplicate her guitar signal in different octaves with different distortions and such so that it sounds like multiple guitars. They also use backing tracks to add depth to their sound. Those were recorded by them. They have added piano to some songs.

Also, in one video Dany said that when she played the sound to the right side of the stage was normal, but to the left side they set it back 1/10th of a second to give her added depth to the guitar... She said that you can't really hear the difference, but that it definitely added into the sound...

This is recorded at Victoria Studios in Monterrey, MX. They played song a couple of times to get the camera angles for editing the video portion, they likely did a mix with the recorded audio. I'm sure that TWA members will correct me if I'm wrong. But, holy cow, the ladies really sound great no matter the technique. They also recorded "Z" and "EVOLVE" in the same session.

They use a backing track that they record ahead of time to add in sound effects and sometimes a second guitar or a piano. As Pau said, she doesn't have 4 arms but she does do the programming for the backing tracks and their click track. She also launches graphics when they have a screen available. Besides her normal drumming pedals she also has a couple of MIDI pedals she can trigger or stop as needed.

Don't forget that Dany's Helix board is also able to all kinds of neat things (there is video where she explains what she can do with it) so doubling here guitar and adding effects, lower it, etc...

At this point in their careers, they use a backing track instead of having touring musicians. I'm not sure if in the future they'll do that as the backing track works well for them.

They definitely mixed in some backing tracks because they don't have enough band members to play all the guitar parts live. They do that live as well. All bands do it to a greater or lesser extent, particularly e piece outfits. DPA play all the instruments on the backing tracks. They were asked about their thoughts about the use of backing tracks during a long form interview with Alice Cooper's bass player on Inside the Trenches. Pau basically says that it's legit as long as, "it doesn't become the band." Dany also emphasized as well that they feel good about that since they play all the tracks themselves and they are not hiring side players to play things they aren't capable of playing. My own experience at their live shows is that the use of tracks is pretty minimal and it is clear that you are seeing/hearing them perform live.

Having Spanish as my mother tongue, I can tell you that you are the first I have heard to pronounce ALE well. the first time you uttered it in the video is fine. In Spanish it's not like "alley" the e sounds different than in English it's like when you say "hey" take away the pronunciation of the "y"

Dani"s guitar playing does not get enough appreciation. The things that she plays under her vocals make the song shimmer and really propel things along. She rarely plays flashy leads, but i think her ability to fill the available space with what the song needs to work is F-ing genius level. I don't know how she does it. I don't care how she does it. As long as she (& the girls) don't stop doing it. Damn I love this band.

LOL That's why people put it as Ah-Leh, because it is not "Alahandra", as Americans would say it. It is "Ahlayhandra" as the Spanish pronunciation of Alejandra. It is tough, because there is nothing in English that sounds exactly like it.
