Good on ya mate! Watching from Australia but used to call South Queensferry home. The Bridges are something to be really proud of!

Nice new bridge! Thanks for the virtual ride. Also, although from the US I can almost understand you ! I remember as a wee lad, sitting on the southern (edit: maybe the north, more impressive view) Forth bank, looking up at the amazing, oh so classic 1882 Forth railroad, er railway, bridge. (I hesitate to say when.) It seemed a lot more isolated there at the time, like, way out in the woods. (Okay, it was 1964 and I was a USAF Cold War warrior "brat".) I have an ex-pat friend here in Maine from Bo'ness who mentioned the new bridge, that's how I landed here. I think I've just about got this "Forth of Firth" business sorted. (Thanks fellow Wikipedia peeps!) So, "Lang may yer lum reek" and may you never suffer another American-made voice-activated elevator. LOL. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qXLdkIiso7qYq7c
