Antoni is behaving exactly how I would be if I were in this situation. His nervous chatter and humility around Carla is seriously relatable af. It's uniquely enjoyable to see a food person in a food setting but still out of their comfort zone. Though at the same time, it's also painful to watch him here because I can feel his anxiety.

I made this today, and it was amazing. Watching the video brought me to the happy place in the middle of pandemic. Note: the recipe linked by BA is not the recipe shown in video. I judged the proportion of ingredients in the video and this worked out great for me: 2 T. butter 2 T. flour 1 C. whole milk 1 T. mustard 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, fresh grated to get best flavor 2 pinches salt 8 grindings of peppercorn, shredded fresh to get maximum flavor (medium grind) 1/4 C. gruyere cheese, shredded fresh (dont use pre-shredded, its coated with something wrong that shouldn't be eaten) slices of ham egg oil for frying, neutral tasting (avocado oil is great)
