I found your channel and subscribed recently, did a search just now for Speedi quesadilla burgers, and your channel popped up again. Of course I got ahead of myself and already bought ingredients for a copycat version of Applebee's quesadilla burger that they discontinued, but I have no idea where to start. lol We've had this Speedi since Christmas, it was a gift, and we've used it once. Just once. It's like our Instant Pot. I'm scared of it! Don't ask me why. I just need to dive in, but I really appreciate your Speedi recipes to get me started. What's cool with your video, is with Cosori's recent air fryer recall, they sent us out a replacement of their indoor grill. I never even thought to attempt the quesadilla with the new indoor grill. Thanks again for your recipes!
