These videos are amazing. ProJared could learn a thing or two. Will try to share more.

I loved this series as a kid. 4 is my favorite. - Thief with 1 point is really the only way to go. Transfer to another game and now you are a thief mage paladin! - Grind to level skills as a concept is pretty good here. To get better at dagger throwing you use actual targets. To get better at fighting there’s a goblin grounds to grind as each time you go there it throws another goblin your way. - it’s not a great game by any means but I think there’s stuff here Elder Scrolls could learn from. Better locks don’t just need lockpicking skill but better tools. Sneaking around means avoiding soft floorboards and maybe not entering the bedroom. Throw in a shade of Secret of Monkey Island and have people beef up their locks once they realize they have been robbed. - lastly if you continue checking out these games, QfG 2 had a fan remake that made it point and click. It input and outputs saves no problem

I’ve played the QFG2 fan remake, but somehow didn’t realize there were more games (in that VGA style) until recently… 😬 I have them all download from GOG on my computer now, though, and want to get through the rest!

@@SuperDaveControl I’ve meant to do the same but keep forgetting to. I am aware the last entry isn’t so great. There’s a spiritual successor of sorts by the way. Hero-U rogue to redemption. It’s setting is you are a thief at thief school. Has a calendar cycle, similar focus to grind to get better, plus some character stories. I’m a bit mixed on it myself but it certainly keeps the game style.

I actually have it downloaded to my Switch and haven’t had a chance to play it yet! I am curious, though. Do you think it’s worth it?

Aww, thank you so much! :) Honestly, most of these videos were me transferring them from my main account (which is super eclectic) and Unlisting those to being here instead while I worked on a couple of brand new ones which start next week. As I’m known for Dark Souls on my main channel, most people only come there for that.

Omg… these games made my childhood. Elementary school sucked. Lori and Cory Cole helped.

This game kinda reminds me of playing DND a bit with the RPG aspect and multiple ways to solve puzzles.

Best mix of adventure and rpg mechanics ever really for a long time. Breath of the Wild does a good job though of filling that itch for me though
