Bloody hell man your training is so incredible, you have adapted to this higher mileage so well, clearly showed by your 10k performance and all the long run workouts your nailing! I wouldn’t worry about the walk of shame, everything else in your plan is crazy good!!

Great video and update. I had no idea that you had asthma, I do too and is a funny coincidence being that you're the only channel I watch when it comes to distance running. I've only been doing middle distance training the past couple years (nothing too crazy yet) because my asthma has significantly improved by leaps and bounds due to improving my health in a few key ways, and being an ex sprinter it's nice to finally feel the ability to go run for longer distances without getting winded or having chest tightness and having to rely on an inhaler too often. Best to you during these next training weeks, and keep in mind what the best do while others are daydreaming on the couch like you were saying (which is something I constantly have to remind myself of nowadays as I don't have a specific goal yet).

He was done with running since he dropped outta college he even said it in the video it wasn't just since he got big although his content has changed a good amount since he blew up

You are probalbly experiencing a breakthrough.....sub 2:35 for the marathon might be realistic if you are feeling amazing

Sounds mind blowing but on some days it seems possible. I guess that's what makes the marathon interesting. Anything can happen.
