While the idea of infinite turns sounds hilarious, it's just too toxic to play against. The easiest solution is changing Time Warp, so it can't be repeated. Something like "Take an extra turn after this one (can only happen once per game)". There are cards and hero powers with this clause in BGs, and they have worked alright.
