Tyriel, what accessories are you using with your quest 3? in the video it looks like you're using the stock face mask / head strap. aren't they uncomfortable for you?

If they want to be successful with selling digital content... It should be internally earned tokens, or the prices MUST be reduced and kept extremely low. It is absolutely insane how all these online businesses charge so much for digital content. It has been one of the most egregious online scans of our time.

@@buckhas7906 I understand that, and Meta, rightly so, are very touchy when it comes to subpar experiences.. but some have had it for ages and love it, so i wish in this instance they would just release it and let us choose to use it or not.... i shouldnt care as much as i do about it ... but i do ! How was your experience with it?

These updates honestly scare me, too much room for more data harvesting. Right now it's fun and games, but a decade down the road data harvesting could be our worst nightmare.

Your view of the _experimental features_ menu and which item to enable for wrist-tapping button was too blurry/low Res to be intelligible. Still not sure which feature you were talking about but will check it out.

It was cool to see that Questcraft finally got updated to work with Quest 3, but the experience is less than perfect. It's very low resolution, and it runs at about 40-50 fps. Sure, it's still Minecraft on the Quest, which is cool, I'm just not sure if it's worth it.

Minecraft.... no its not "available". You need to sideload it, and to enable sideload you need to jump through a dozen hoops. Need to give Meta a load of private info to sign up as a developer, which then allows you to enable developer mode in the quest app on your phone, which you then need to push to each Quest headsets. Only then does it open various new options in developer mode, you then enable some buried hard to find debugging settings, and if you pray right to the Meta gods, only then will the Minecraft sideload via 3rd party site work for you.

I agree it's not as intuitive however thankfully there are plenty of videos on how to go about this which makes the whole process more doable.

You're better off using the official PCVR release from Microsoft. QuestCraft runs like crap on Quest3 and the rendering distance is awful, constant stutters.

@@PanterACFH Unfortuntely the stutter is out of their control. It's a memory leak introduced by the later OS updates and unfortunately Meta hasn't done anything to fix it.

I have the v66 ptc and I've had issues every time I turn on my quest 2 and try to connect pro controllers. I don't even know what happens to them or how to fix it but once they somehow connect, they're fine.

V65 has stopped my pro controllers working,i have to restart the quest 3 a couple times to get them working.seems alot have the same issue

software sensor locks are jokes, how do you actually know if it does what they are saying? just because it won't turn on automatically and things like that, doesn't mean other parts of the software can't access it. Software sensor lock always seems like they want you to believe the sensors are off, but probably not.
