#1 is correct. We are rich, they are rich, I am rich. All are correct Richess is wrong.

I think by rich you mean to be wealthy. Rich is an adjective, you cannot put s to it. You can say We are happy but can you say that we are happys? CERTAINLY NOT. I hope you understand. Reply if this doesn't help still.
