Mike, you are good at speaking many languages, aren't you? A falling intonation. Yes, I am Mike, you love cooking and reading good books, don't you? A falling intonation. Yes, I do. You believe in God, don't you? A rising intonation. You can drive a tractor, can't you? A rising intonation. Have you ever been to London? Actually, I haven't. But, I wish to be there one day. Hi, Mike. How would it be if tag does Not inverse negation? E.g.: "- Your name is Mike, is it?". Is it just weird? Or may it create some unusual meaning?

It is possible, but it is rare. Usually you would do that to show that you are annoyed or angry.

The first and third ones are correct in standard English. The second one is not.

It is correct.✅ However, I would probably use "It's going to rain tomorrow, isn't it?" It feels more natural to me.
