What does that mean?
@desmonddesmonddesmond97312 ай бұрын
@@brianbell3836 "Putting your mouth where your money is" suggests prioritizing words or promises over actual financial investment or action. It might imply that someone is more willing to talk a big game without following through with the necessary support or investment, essentially putting emphasis on verbal claims rather than tangible contributions. It highlights a potential disconnect between what someone says and what they actually do... "Keir 'Two Tier' 'Stammer' Stalin" is a prime example of someone who does this. He talks a good game but does f*ckall, which, in the process, puts our nation in jeopardy of total collapse. There are a couple things to remember: first of all, the BBC is part of the UK 'propaganda media network' which has a crucial role in steering opinions to favour the incumebent government. Examples of other networks that are paid huge sums of government money to be their puppet speakers include Channel 4 and ITV. Channel 4 was paid an unknown figure by the Conservatives whilst they were campaigning during the G.E, for a botched attempt at smearing the Reform UK Party (a shamefully egregious false claim that the party is nazified/racist). Here are some psychological tactics that could be used to sway viewers' opinions in a political context: Presenting information in a way that emphasizes certain aspects over others can shape perceptions. For instance, highlighting the positive impacts of the incumbent government's policies while downplaying any negative consequences. Using a carefully selected audience that reflects a bias toward the incumbent government can create an echo chamber. If the audience reacts positively to certain points, it can influence viewers at home. Altering lighting and camera angles can affect how politicians are perceived. Softer lighting can make someone appear more trustworthy, while harsh lighting can highlight flaws. Curating questions that favor the incumbent or challenge the opposition can create a narrative that supports a specific agenda. Highlighting body language-such as nodding or frowning-during the incumbent’s speaking time versus the opposition’s can subtly influence viewers' perceptions of credibility and confidence. Utilizing emotional stories or testimonials that align with the incumbent’s agenda can create a stronger connection with viewers, overshadowing opposing viewpoints. Presenting data without context or using cherry-picked statistics can mislead viewers into thinking the incumbent’s policies are more effective than they are. Reinforcing existing beliefs by repeatedly presenting arguments or evidence that align with the viewers' preconceptions can solidify support for the incumbent. Introducing side issues or controversies surrounding opposition leaders can divert attention from their platforms and diminish their influence. Using influencers or respected figures to publicly support the incumbent can sway viewers by tapping into their desire to conform to perceived majority opinions. Make sure to Vote Reform!

In terms of the UK acceptance compared to France or Germany, we may take less asylum seekers/refugees per capita, by a small margin, in terms of the resources and space available in the country we take a disproportionate number more. The UK is far more densely occupied than France or Germany. Also worth noting that in the same period that the UKs population has expanded by about 10m, Germany's population has only increased by about 2.5m, and France by about 5m. Its important to look at the whole picture, and not just a small part of the entire picture. Its a lot harder to expand infrastructure, housing, and services for 10m than 2.5m to 5m. This is a practical resource, logistics and financing issue as well as a humanitarian one. The UK has been incredibly open, more so than France or Germany. In 2004 the UK, along with only Sweden and Ireland, both much smaller economies, to fully open its labour market . In contrast Germany kept fully closed for the maximum 7 years allowed. All other countties has a gradual approach using capped numbers and 1 in 1 out policies. Consequently, the UK has had a population expansion faster than we can keep up whilst preserving the quality of services, infrastructure and housing provision. It is not unreasonable, for the benefit of ALL the people who are currently here, to take a bit of time to make up the gap and to be able to plan and create ongoing capacity growth in line with our migration needs and ability to finance it.

Yes, Fiona Bruce now sees herself as a privileged contributor rather than a chairperson. She was very good when first appointed but increasingly lacks self-discipline in her role, showing obvious bias in her determination to inject her own opinions.

There is a clip on KZbin from when Starmer was the opposition with him saying about the tories £46 or £47 billion black hole so knowing that he would keep winter fuel payments so why is he worried about a suprise £22 billion black hole now when he knew this existed and its less than half of what he thought and is still cutting down on winter fuel payments

The question of why these illegal immigrants do not feel safe in France and the EU, needs to be asked.

Why are you lemons still paying the tv licence fee. If you just watch netflix or KZbin you dont need to pay the tv licence. Cancel your tv licence today. Defund the bbc.

As usual, heavy emphasis on the generals, light on specifics, such as "What's a deterrent?", which I can find in a dictionary, rather than "What are we doing as a deterrent?"

It is utter madness that boarder security are unable to stop illegal immigrants from entering the country. The navy should have the power to tow the small boats back to where they came from. So Im in agreement with the reform party. We need to leave the ECHR and form our own. We left Europe politically for a reason, so being governed by the ECHR is absurd.

I used to watch is up to about 5 years ago and very intermittently since. Now watching on catch up and the blame game carries on. The chair has become more opinionated and targeting but at the end you never feel they are working on your behalf. There is never ever a straight answer unless it’s by an old fashioned journalist or a comedian.
