I don't understand a backlash over her comment about Weinstein. She simply said the truth and I agree with her, especially because of some of the alleged victims, like Rose McGowan, who know exactly what she was doing when she accepted Harvey's hotel room invitation and later also accepted a lot of money and now is suddenly a victim. Pamela is smarter than most of the Hollywood Elite women, and I respect her even more because she stood her ground,regardless of the backlash she received.

In the 90s there was probably no female in the TV motion picture business feeling more pressure from producers to sleep with them than Pamela Anderson. She is 1000% more qualified to be speaking on this subject than 99.9% of all these other women yapping their mouth’s. And virtually every one of the women involved in the start of the me too movement are women who just wanted the fast track path to success. Women who have virtually no meaningful training and very little talent who decided that because they are hot they are supposed to just be let directly in the front door just like it was Friday night at a nightclub where the bouncer lets them straight in without waiting in line. That’s why somebody like Meryl Streep wasn’t speaking up. Meryl Streep will never admit it but she ultimately did not respect these women. She built her career from scratch based on talent earning a reputation for her talent at Yale drama then on Broadway in some really legendary performances in some plays before making the attempt to break into films. I bet that in private Viola Davis who had to fight and scratch and claw her way through the ranks at Juilliard Thinks very little of these let me through the front door I’m hot girls either.And many other huge A-list women also did not speak up because quite frankly they were only A list and stars because they had slept with these people certainly wasn’t because they were so talented. But if this system of film and television being cast by a casting couch really does end it will be a good thing for everyone who enjoys film and television. We will start to realize that our films and television have improved and that we are seeing much more talented women and men because they actually have the talent and not just sleep with someone behind the scenes. If cast ing based on talent is all we had ever had then we wouldn’t even know the names of any of these me too women because none of them could probably make it in a system based on fairness and talent.
