This video helped me so much, as I have an interview tomorrow with Century 21 and want to make sure I am the one directing the interview. I would love to find a a broker office like the one you are currently working at. It just seems like there is such a beautiful aura and essence to the work office flow. This would seriously allow me to finally enjoy working for someone if I get your luck. Keep it up Luna.

Hi Luna you hit all the major points. These questions sounds like a mature agent would ask during an interview. When I was a new agent I didn’t know anything about a competing broker. I assume they have to work as well. I did have a couple of nasty fights with past Broker that I was competing with. I remember the exact words he said. Don’t go to that appointment, you will face stiff competition and may the best man win. I was just a few weeks as a agent would you be appalled when a broker say words like this. He is supposed to help you not fight with you. The best suggestion if I was the broker is since you happened to call the same prospect we can be co listing agents on it 50/50. That is fair

monty Choi what happened when I find out my prospects agent is my broker. I kinda just let it go. Joey( my broker) and my prospect already had that trust. Even if I approach to this prospect he might still doubt and not trust me. So I just moved on. Joey throw me leads especially when I first started and he won’t change me extra, it still is 20/80. I found its rare in this business, I’m lucky I found this company :)

Really good presentation of the questions , it's not as easy as some people might think. I'm in the DC area, and there are some very shady brokers here to be aware of. Reputation is another good thing to check on

My KW office don't offer open house opportunities. I wonder if all KW offices are like that??
@lunagerealestate68745 жыл бұрын
Pepper CharChar KW has a lot new agents. Even they do, it will be hard to get the open house. My recommendation is to join a local brokerage where majority agents are experienced agents, since they have a busy schedule when you volunteer to sit at their open house. They usually thank you for that.

Very good questions! I’m currently interviewing brokers here in FL. Do you find it hard to sell real estate in the winter time in Philadelphia? Does the snow affect your sales? I’m relocating to Connecticut at the end of this year and was wondering how’s business is during the snowy days. :)
@lunagerealestate68745 жыл бұрын
Kimberly Nguyen that’s difficult to say. My first year most of my deals are done in the month from October to December. I was getting better and better as the time goes on. But in general winter is slower for the business that’s correct!
