Your videos are great. How long should you wait to contact the hiring manager after a 1.5 hour panel interview with 7 people? I believe the interview went well, sent thank you notes to all. I sent a note asking for an update to the recruiter, since I did not get feedback after 2 weeks. While I did not get a no, the company has gone silent on me. Your thoughts on further communication.

If they went silent, you’re not in the running. I’ve personally experienced this multiple times and also vice versa. If a company wants you, they will keep you warm.

Thanks so much for your support! I'm sorry you did not hear back from the recruiter or hiring team. As the other comment said, it does seem as though you may no longer be in the running. I recommend following up no more than 3 times and if it's total silence, move on :(

What if you finish doing the interview then the interviewer doesnt ask you if you have a question,,,,, will you prompt in a statement or request that you have ve questions you have before ending the interview process?
